As for when to go blackstar, it depends. For pvp focused players? Very late in the game as pen kzarka with some caphras is better than tet blackstar and pen blackstar is a longterm goal. Probably after full pen armor/weapons and decent caphras levels. For a PvE focused player, you would consider blackstar earlier.
