My apologies if this is already a discussion, but I keep noticing that in my different saves that eventually the people at The Hub gradually begin to disappear. Because of its central location, this is a crucial trade point for my merchants, so I find this incredibly frustrating. Therefore, I have two questions: 1.

In case anyone didn't know, the mining spots around town are close enough to automate mining (and strength training) into in-house storage. Also by default the Hub isn't owned by you which PREVENTS RAIDS regardless of how much you actually invest into the town. It is the ideal starter base for those very reasons. But hey, this is Kenshi.
